I am female with hx of type 2 DM, panic disorder and MDD. I am taking janumet, levemir flex, paxil and rexulti. For the past 2months I have had feelings of my brain shaking in my head with any movement I make which in turn makes me dizzy and nauseous. It also comes along with rapid eye movement when I close my eyes and try to relax during these spells. It has been getting progressively worst causing me to seek medical attention. I ve visited the ER on many occasions being told I have vertigo and need to visit an ENT specialist. Well..... I m here because they have found nothing wrong with my ears and say I should seek a neurologist. Two days ago I ve started noticing blood in my right nostril along with some tingling in my right hand... Mostly my pinky and ring finger. I m starting to become concerned especially knowing they are no available appts with neurology for another 6 weeks. What might this be?
