What Causes Nasal Bleeding And Mild Headache With History Of Having Asthma?

Hi. I m female, 23, about 170 cm and 72 kg. As a kid I had asthma.This morning my nose started bleeding from the left side after I sneezed and the blood kept coming out for about 10 minutes. I didn t think to pinch my nose so I don t know if it would have stopped sooner, but blowing my nose didn t stop it. While my nose was bleeding the right side of the back of my head was feeling tingly or numb, and I had trouble keeping my left eye open and focusing. Since then (about 10 hours later) I still feel dizzy and I have a slight headache. I m assuming its nothing, but just want to check if its okay if I just ignore it.

Based upon the history you have provided I don't thing something went wrong with you...
But a stitch in time saves nine.....
Have you ever visited the ENT surgeon before?? Is there any frequent nose bleeding???since asthma or allergic conditions are associated with nasal polyp which us a potential cause of nose bleed...
If you think it really bothering you do meet ent surgeon..
Meanwhile continue with your asthma medications and take rest.. You can use acetaminophen for headache and associated symptoms... Try to pinch the nose during active bleeding to stop it earlier...
