I am on Xeralto for about 5 mos i keep needing to lower the dosage a i have problems bleeding from the back of my nose whenever i nap and also through my rectum. not always. I am on 10mg currently is it ok for me to stop 4 one day if the bleeding gets too much. I was formerly on Warfarin. I have had 3 PE's. and i have 9 stents and a umbrella to catch any clots that may form . Thanks. I know that with warfarin although annoying to deal with you can test frequently and keep adjusting dosage. but with Xeralto which the claim does not need testing. How is anyone sure if dosage too much or too little. By the way I had bleeding with warfarin also but only when it went too high
