Hi.
I am a 30 year old female, 165 lbs, 5.4 feet tall. I exercise regularly and eat healthily.
I try to be in bed by 10:00 / 11pm everynight, but wake up almost every morning at 3am. Most of the time I am hot and sweating too.
This results in me being a zombie for most of the day. In fact I have had a problem getting enough sleep for as long as i can remember. I always feel like I have been out parting the night before and gone to bed at like 2am.
I don't have caffeine after 4 in the afternoon either, whether it be tea, coffee or chocolate.
I struggle to lose weight, and feel like I am unable to function during the day due to a perpetual lack of sleep.
Please help!
