Hi, I am a 37 year old male in the Air Force. I work out as much as i can. My problem is with my muscles. I can do 15 heel lifts, which is not very much of a workout, but 2 days afterwards i can barely walk. It seems to happen whether i run or eliptical, but it's also when i do push ups, it feels like i pull every muscle i have, but the muscles aren't tight, they feel more like mush
