What Causes Muscle Weakness, Long Term Numbness And Pain?

Looking for the name of a nerve inflicting syndrome that is thought to manifest after electrical shock trauma. symptoms include long term numbness, saver long term pain, muscle weakness, modeling of skin, swelling of afflicted area, uncontrollable timer in afflicted area after excursion.

There can be various reasons for the weakness of muscle, long term numbness and pain such as:
- Hypersensitivity issue as Allodynia in which minor pain also precipitates severe burning
- Thalamic pain syndrome from issue of thalamus dysfunction
- Chronic nerve entangling or irritation, compression from various reasons

However, if you can provide me available reports of evaluations such as:
- MRI
- Electromyography
- Nerve conduction study
- Others
