What Causes Muscle Weakness Along With Dizziness?
Hi, I was in the shower last night and had sudden dizziness and vision black out...I lost my vision and everything went completely black for between 5-10 seconds...I felt very weak, my muscles went weak and I couldn t really talk properly or hold my head up

Such type of symtpoms always need proper assessment and evaluation. This may not be serious but we need to rule out serious cause like any small clot in the brain or any drop in BP.
So go to your doctor for proper examination.
