What Causes Muscle Twitching On Thigh?
The muscle on my right thigh was twitching for about a week and I didnt think anything of it. Then my thigh had a little pain like cramping every once in a while - I would message it and it would calm down a little. Now i have no strength in my upper thigh and cannot get off the floor without assistance.

It may be due to some myositis Or motor neuron disease or sometimes due to myoclonic jerks. A detail neurological examination is a must prior any therapy.
