What Causes Muscle Tightness And Pain In The Lower Back?

Sir I am training from 8 months and 2 months ago I noticed I am very thin (60kg) but starting to have a lower belly pooch so I looked it up and I thought I have anterior Pelvic tilt and my shoulders were coming forward although I don t have any lower back pain but have pain in upper and middle back and very tight muscles so I started stretching for hip flexors,quads,chest and lats and also strengthening exercises for glutes,lower traps, rhomboids and rotator cuffs but I am not seeing any result at all I feel more tightness everyday I am conscious of my posture whole day only thing I haven t tried is SMR/foam rolling so what should I do I am sure I have kyphosis but not about anterior pelvic tilt what is the right way to treat this and how much time would it take to see actual result...

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
