1.     A client who has been taking haloperidol (Haldol), a traditional antipsychotic, is now to complaining of severe muscle spasms of the neck and back. Based on these manifestations, which of these prn prescriptions could the nurse offer to help stop the symptoms?      Benadryl (diphenhydramine)      Motrin (ibuprofen)      Ativan (lorazepam)      APAP (acetaminophen)

I can understand your concern.
Haloperidol is oldest antipsychotic drug. It is having a lot of side effects. Extrapyramidal side effects are highest. So your client 's all muscular symptoms are due to Haloperidol.
Better to start newer antipsychotic drug like fluoxetin to avoid muscular side effects.
At present for symptomatic relief, he can take ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
For permanent and long term cure, Haloperidol should be stopped.
