i HAVE BEEN GETTING WHAT FEELS KIND OF LIKE A MUSCLE SPASM IN MY STOMACH, TYPICALLY AFTER A DRINK OR EATING IT IS NOT PAIN FUL AS MUCH AS IT IS SCARY. iT FEELS LIKE A PALPITATION i AM 58 YRS OLD, DON T DRINK OR SMOKE AND RELATIVELY HEALTHY AND ACTIVE STILL PLAY SPORTS. ANY THOUGHTS

Dear- thanks for using our service and will give you my medical advise. You are describing like a muscle spam in the stomach, which could be gas or just digestive tract movement. I don't think that you should be scared, specially if it is not painful. Try to identify food or drinks that might be causing this situation, sometimes vegetables as broccoli or cauliflower can be the reason.
If this situation persists, you might benefit from a gastroenterologist evaluation.
