Am just bit worried
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Muscle soreness is normal after a long hours of driving. The difficulty in breathing can be related to soreness of muscles in the chest area. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the muscle inflammation. I also suggest using magnesium supplement for muscle relaxation. I recommend warm showers and rest.
Hope my answer was helpful.
