General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain in limbs even on touch & severe fatigue are due to undernutrition following the surgery (due to the weakness of colon&digestive process as such).

Terrible indigestion & swelling over feet can also be due to the same cause still it indicates reassessment of your basic problem with needful treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
