What Causes Muscle Inflammation From Ankle To Knee?

I have muscle inflammation that started 1 week ago. Moving from my left ankle to my knees to my left forearm and my rith calf to my right forearm. Before all this started happening, I had sharp pains in my left lung where I could not fill my lung completely because of the pain.

Hi,

I suppose you have migrating rheumatoid arthritis possibly from costochondritis of the rib. Do this test: C-reactive protein, ESR, anti-CCP. Contact your doctor with the results.
