General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and greetings

Muscle fatigue and pain can be caused for various reasons like general weakness, Vit. D deficiency, Calcium deficiency or anemia.

Also, it could be due to arthritic manifestation or any autoimmune disease affecting musculoskeletal system.

Most of them are physical work related fatigue and pain which can be treated just by managing our daily routine. Don't use your muscles beyond its capacity.

Thanks
