Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Muscle cramps are commonly encountered while playing sports or during running or cycling. Dehydration, limited oxygen supply, electrolyte imbalance and accumulation of lactic acid is a common reasons for development of muscle cramps. Muscle cramps can often be prevented by measures such as adequate nutrition and hydration. Intake of oral rehydration solution, supplementation with calcium and magnesium, intake of Vitamins namely Vitamin B1, Pantothenic acid and Pyridoxine along with acclimatization and stretching exercises would help to prevent and overcome muscle cramps.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
