What Causes Muscle Cramps During Urination Along With Severe Constipation?

Muscles that control urine flow agitated and cramps even when not needing to urinate. Sometimes fairly severe at underside of penis head and sometimes extenders to the anus. Seems like a connection from the anus to the penis head is being agitated. When starting to urinate it feels like the muscles along the penis release in a series from back to front. When flow starts their is no pain and flow seems normal. Bowel movements are less frequent and very firm. Sometimes have to really force a movement.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,

it sounds to me that you could be having some small stones in the kidney/ urether tube, which can cause the pain described when small stones are getting stuck on their way. This would be best to be ruled out ye an ultrasound or cat scan.
Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
