Hi dear user
I have gone through your question
I can understand your concern.

For the problem of numbness on the left side of your side i suggest to meet a neurologist because i think that you need more investigations to find the possible cause and treatement of this symptom.

If you have any hot nodule (adenoma) in your multinodular goitre ,even with a low-normal level of TSH(0.53),it is necessary to repeat the free thyroid hormons(free T3 and free T4) to understand the actual thyroid function.

Sinus arrithmia can be caused by hyperthyroidism,if your free thyroid hormos are high.If you are in euthyroid state than you need to meet a cardiologist to find the cause of your arrhythmia.

You said that for the moment you have high WBC.A high white blood cell count usually indicates an infection for this reason you need to meet your doctor because it is necessary to find the origin and the treatement of infection.(if the treatement is necessary)

Hope i have answered to your question.
If you have more questions ,i will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
