What Causes Muffled Hearing And Ear Blockage?
Often when I m laying down, if I stand up after a few seconds my hearing feels muffled and my ears blocked, but it s not the same feeling as when they pop due to pressure, nor is it like when I m congested. Usually it feels similar to when I get lightheaded from standing up quickly.

Well come to HCM
This is happening to due to less blood supply in the ear anatomical structure and this might be happening due to orthostatic hypotension, still better to get done certain test first would be ECHO then CT brain, EKG to rule our some systemic disease, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
