I am 5 feet 5, 250 pounds, female...I just had a bm. Floating in the toilet at the top was a dime sized piece of white mucus. Not for sure what this is about. I am not diabetic, I am currently taking meds for hypothyroid 150 is the scrip...I am fairly healthy despite being fat. My only other issue is anemia and very heavy periods with large amounts of clotting. Thank you for your help!
While this may be nothing serious you need an exam, stool sample, blood work and a colonoscopy since it may mean inflammatory bowel disorder, malabsorption syndrome, celiac disorder, or a colonic villous polyp
