Hi! Drinking is an all of nothing proposition. Either a person drinks out of control or does not drink at all. This is true for you, though it is not true for other persons. I say this because you have had serious problems with alcohol. This required treatment. Alcohol is a known neuro-toxin (nerve poison). When they treated you for alcohol, they definitely have given you neuroleptic drugs as a part of the treatment. These neuroleptic drugs, are responsible for causing dystonic movements as a side effect. More than Kemadrin, I would suggest you take a muscle relaxant which is long acting like Lorazepam. Believe me, you will feel much better, Thanks. Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
