What Causes Mouth Ulcers And Flatuence?

I get frequent mouth ulcers and also have flatuence( pass wind very often). I am a strict vegetarian. Have increased my vegetable and fruit intake. Also doctors have recommended Rubifol tabs- B12+ Folic Acid supplement. Any advice and suggestions would be very helpful.

Drink plenty of water. Vitamin B supplements will help. You can apply mucopain gel locally on the mouth ulcers.
Have Tablet Pan 40 every morning before breakfast for 1 week and then stop.
