What Causes Mouth Pain And Anxiety In A Child?
my 10 year old son hears a voice in his head telling him to do different things like jump and touch the wall, spin around, your mouth hurts, different intrusive thoughts. I had gone to a psychiatrist, she evaluated him for approx. 30 minutes asking questions only to tell me he has anxiety and prescribed zoloft.

Yes your child seems to be anxious and it can be controlled. Along with the drugs you need to spend some time with your child. Involve the child in other activities so that he is not alone and think about such things.
