What Causes Motions, Stool With More Mucus In Toddler After Feeding Cerelac?

My baby is 6 months old and started feeding with cerlac. he developed motions and stool with more mucus. he even started pooing while having the breat feed. what would be reason and how much time we should wait between cerlac and breat mik feed.... pls let me know
