What Causes Mood Swings Despite Taking Humira And Ativan?

I have been on Humira injection every two was for 3 yrs. The longer I take it the more emotional problems I have. Anger then crying. This has gotten worse in the last several months. My dr has put me on Wellbutrin and upped it to 300mg extended release and also added Ativan ( up to 3 a day if needed.)It helps some but the anger/ crying spells last more days than when I first started Humira. I was using celexa and xanax last yr. I feel fine when I get up in the morning. I have a light roast cup of coffee with cream( about 6oz) After that my whole day starts to go down hill. What could be causing these crazy spells . This all started after I started Humira ( I have Crohn s) Have had lots of surgeries too.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
humira causes depeession, angeroutbursts, crying spells.but as medicine is very essential you cant afford to quit it.if you have some benefit wit wellbutrin you can share it with your psychiatrist. i would recommend a trial of some other antidepressant if the wellbutrin is not effective to my patients.
