General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If he experiences severe moods swings then he may need assessment by a psychiatrist.

He or she would likely assess his mental state, take blood tests to rule out any physical causes for his symptoms and , if needed, suggest treatment.
The blood tests would be able to assess for causes of pallor.

I hope this helps

Thank you user for your query.
Many adverse effects occur only in the presence of higher testosterone levels. Whats the dosage of testosterone that is being taken by your husband.
Mood swings and aggression are common side effects of testosterone therapy.
Hence kindly consult the physician who initiated the therapy of your husband. So far as your marital life is considered all I can suggest is to contact a marriage counsellor as soon as possible.
God bless
