What Causes Moles On The Scrotum?
hi.my 6 year old son has 2 moles under his scrotum that are very sore.he started crying this evening after his bath due to having to dry himself down there.these moles do not hurt my son to walk or sit,just to touch.there only small and almost identical but what worries me the most is that each mole is directly under each ball.please can u help? thanks.x

Boils / HPV moles under scrotal balls.
Rubbing while cleaning that area,could be causing pain,due to tender boils under scrotum.But these could be early stage boils,which are not disturbing your son's movements otherwise.
Or it could be from HPV moles,from improper perianal hygiene in early years of his upbringing.Pedunculted warts/moles cause pain when stretched,while cleaning that area.
