What Causes Moderate Muscle Spasms?

I think I am having moderate muscle spasms or tremors. My arms and legs feel like jello and my fingers shake a little. My diet hasnt been great the past couple weeks due to always being on the run with school and work. No other complaints though. Can my diet have something to do with this?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Inadequate intake of vitamin and minerals can lead to muscle spasm due to electrolyte imbalance. Start multivitamin and mineral tablets.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
