Hello,

Mixing of the words is a speech error called Malapropism. I occurs when a person is in stress, fatigued, when one is busy but still trying to manage many things at a time, anxiety & stress.

It can be managed by slowing down your speech, thinking before opening your mouth, take your time to speak, take pauses while you speak, when you speak concentrate on your words.

Help yourself improve your speech. Take the help of a speech therapist. Neglect may anxiety disorders & result in the worsening of the problems.

You can see a Psychiatrist & get detected, evaluated & treated for anxiety disorder. Stay away from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
