What Causes Missing Heartbeats?

Dr, Greetings. I have extrasystoles (so I think ?) feel like a 'punch' in the chest and heartbeat missing when I take the pulse. I had a 24h holter done and nothing shows but extrasystoles, but I haven't felt one 'punch' during the test.
Should I do something with this ? Thank you !

Hey.
These extrasystoles are somewhat called PVCs or PACs which means that ur heart contraction is not regular somewhere.it is due to different causes.
May be ongoing ischemia or conduction disorder.
You should do ECHO and see if there r some changes.
These extrasystoles are also physiologic.
Good luck.
