What Causes Missed Periods While On Medications For PCOD?

Hi doctor, i am 23 year old and am having pcod since 5-6 years, i dont have have my menses at all without having hormonal pills. I started those pill when i was 17 and have been taking them till 4 months ago. First i was on MEPRATE and then i was shifted to DIANE-35 to reduce my symptoms like acne and hirutism. My doctore told me to lose weight and i have recently lost 3-4 kgs. But still past 4 months i havent had my menses. What should i do? I am worried

I really appreciate your concern, I would strongly advise you to stop the hormone therapy and no need to worry even if you get some irregular bleeding but it would be fine later or sooner, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
