Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of your problem:
1. Ectopic pregnancy
2. Blood disorder like hemophilia
3. Peri menopause
4. Muscle strain or injury
5. Urinary tract infection
6. Glomerulonephritis and hydronephritis
7. Cancer: blood, urinary tract
8. Hormonal imbalance
9. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

So I think you should consult the gynecologist immediately.
Do the following test
1. Hormonal profile: LH, FSH, PROLACTIN, HCG, Estrogen, progesterone
2. Pelvic USG
3. Hysteroscopy

You can take meftal spas for pain relief.
Drink plenty of water
Take healthy diet.
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
