HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This is a hormone that is released in pregnancy. As pregnancy progresses the levels of HCG increase.

Normally HCG can be detected in the urine by day 11 to 14 after conception, it can be detected slightly quicker in the blood.
If the tests were done after 14 days then they are accurate and you are not currently pregnant.

If the tests were done before this time, then you should repeat it after a few days to get an accurate result.

If you do not wish to wait a few days then you can have a blood HCG done instead.

I hope this helps
