What Causes Missed Period Along With Nausea And Stomach Cramps?

I had my period October 29-31 on November 1-2 i had light spotting from my uretha from a bad bladder infection i had not taken care of for a week. Anyways i had light brown discharge on the November16-17 not even enough to change a pad. Im due for a period on November 26 and ive missed it. I took a pregnancy test at home on the 27 and it came back negative. Im confused. Luckily most women expeirence things like this. Anyways, my symptoms of being pregnant include NAUSEA CRAMPING TENDER BREAST SENSITIVE TO SMELL NIPPLE DISCHARGE THAT LOOKS LIKE COLOSTRUM BACK ACHE FATIGUE EXTREMELY MOOD IS DEFINITELY OUT OF WACK FREQUENT URINATION

Hi,

First, let me tell you that if you are pregnant then check urine pregnancy test after 1 and half month. Second thing nausea and vomiting may be related to change in food habit or abdominal crams etc. so it's not necessarily pregnancy signs. And nipple discharge, frequently urination may be related to your anxiety mostly as per your description.
