What Causes Missed Menstrual Periods With Back And Pelvic Pain, Besides Pregnancy?

I ve had one shot of depo in dec 2015 I was due for 2nd Feb 2016 but never got it. So I haven t had a period for 2 months. I ve token pregnant test and negative. April 15 I got a biopsy during my pap, my doctor said after its normal to cramp and a little bleeding. A week later today I woke up and when I went to restroom I passed a clot. No bleeding all today but my lower back and left side is hurting..I have a little pressure going down my pelvic..any answers

Hi.

Clots can be passed after having the depo shot and I would not worry too much about it, so don't put too much thought into it. You will experience a few changes in your cycle and the pattern which are common after the depo shot.
