What Causes Missed Bowels, Chills And Stomach Pain?

My husband is 66 has been unable to have a bowel movement for 2 days has chills , stomach pain . Has taken 2 suppositories and taken 2 doses of miralax and so far nothing no stomach noises or gas but I did not this morning after the first suppository he had a little mucus with some blood in it Do I need to take him to the ER.

Yes Mam you should take him to the ED as it can be acute intensteinal obstruction . And it's important to rule out malignancy at this age.
