What Causes Milky White And Red Pus Discharge On Injured Toe Nail?

I had dropped a 2 ton jack on my boot at work two days ago I can walk but hurts my big toe nail at the base of the nail that joins the foot is puffed up and you can see white discolor to it when I put pressure on the nail it oozing out milky white to clear red pus or juice out of it.. What should I do?

this sign indicate that you have infected toe nail. First of all you should do gram staining and culture sensitivity in one of the near by laboratory. if you find that organism is gram positive than start one of the cephalosporin group of drugs like cefixime. and if you find that organism is gram negative than start drug of aminoglycoside group like gentamicin or amikacin. finally once you received the cultre and sensitivity report. change the drug according to sensitivity pattern of organisms.
