What Causes Mild Pain Under The Collarbone?

Hello, been having mild pain under my collarbone for about 2 weeks now, specially when I bend over to grab something. When sitting still it s barely noticeable or reaching my arms outwards or up. The pain tends to happen when I m bending over or if I have something in hands I m trying to set down or pick up. Lately I have been feeling overly tired and have had been feeling a achy feeling in my right lung. I feeling I felt when I had pneumonia 6 months back, just not as bad. I have asthma and had a cold about 2 weeks ago, which all symptoms of the cold has left with antibiotics except the achy feeling in my right lung.
