What Causes Mild Pain On The Right Side Of The Chest Radiating Towards Back?
Symptoms started around 4 pm. Dull pain on my right side at top of ribcage and radiates around to near my spine. It hurts my back worse when I take deep breaths. And the pain seems to rise into my breast and up to me shoulder blade with deeps breaths. I took antacids when I got home about 4:45, no relief.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptom pain given here could be due to muscular pain but some time it may be associated with hyperacidity, you can try both Tab Chlorzoxazone and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, try to maintain good posture, could cough also need to be ruled out hope this information helps.
