What Causes Mild Pain In Left Shoulder Radiating Towards Chest In A BP Patient?

I am 34 years old n my blood pressure is 125/80 or 130/85 but usually i feel light pain in my left shoulder to left arm comes up to front left side of my chest. But after massage or pressing of painful area i get relief.. further im over weight n having 100 kg with 5.7 inch height.. sir i used to excercise daily n was on 85 kg but now i left all activitities n feeling discomfort about my health. I am a banker n having a sitting job. I dont smoke or drink any alcohol

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you are passing through stress at your work place that require you sitting in a particular place and this has prevented you from undergoing your regular exercise so gather the stress weight gained and the lack of exercise are the major factors causing this arm and chest pains
