What Causes Mild Pain In Chest Radiating Along The Shoulder Blade?

two days ago, i started feeling discomfort around my left chest area while eating and especially after eating . Yesterday I also felt numb on my left leg accompanied by pain n the back of my thigh. there also is a dull pain under my left armpit closer to ribs and also around my left shoulder blade and below it. I still have a constant dull discomfort aroundmy left chest area and a funny pain everytime i swallow. this morning i also woke up with a pounding migraine .. i drink a lot of black coffee , live in a very hot climate (uae) and also smoke ...

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity could be the condition and it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking spicy food prior to bed, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
