What Causes Mild Pain In Breast Radiating To Armpit, Shoulder And Neck?

I have a dull ache in my left breast towards my armpit and the pain travels to my collar bone and neck (pain in my kneck feels like I strained it, but I havent done anything I can think of to strain it.)and up to my head mostly behind my left eye. the pain in my breast does randomly become sharp and shooting. I also have a pain in my stomach that comes and goes. I am on the fourth day of my period so I am not sure if my symptoms could be related or could it be something else?

HI
Well come to HCM
Appreciate this, nonspecific muscular pain is very likely and this is nothing to take with the menses but of course this could be due to stress also, try to relax if the pain is moderate one then this can be subsides with analgesic and best option would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
