What Causes Mild Pain Between Bottom Of The Rib Cage And Hip Area?

Thanks for being there! I m experiencing a mild pain, left side, between bottom of rib cage and hip area. It is not sharp but intermittent, then goes away and comes back with movement. However, I have belly fat and have been using a wheel ( iron gym for turbo abs ), so perhaps I pulled something??

From your statement it can be understood that your pain was related to either the ribs (beneath) or may be due to abdominal origin. Again there are many causes for this. Do you suffer from Heartburn? Or any other symptoms for that matter?
Stomach pain tends to be more centralized and to the right, while pain that is towards the left tends to come from the colon (very common with Anxiety and accompanied by gas and flatulence or Constipation), kidney (usually colicky in character and much sharper than your description), or spleen.
I would suggest you get a medical examination and also radiological investigations like ultrasound or MRI if your symptoms progress or if other new symptoms arise.
Hope it would be useful to you.
Wish you good health.
