What Causes Mild Nausea, diarrhea And Frequent Flatulence In An Elderly Person?

I have mild nausea quite often. It has nothing to do with eating. Sometimes it is accompanied by mild diahrea. I am regular with BM, no constipation, but once in a while a bit of diahrea. The stomach upset seems to always be high in the stomach area, close under the breast, right in the center. I frequently have flatulence, especially when I am nervous, to the point that I hate to go anywhere. I don t make a noise that people can hear, and I don t think it has much, if any, odor. It is just constant. Does this sound like a problem or something that I have to live with. I am 77 years old, female.
