What Causes Mild Fever, Nasal Congestion And Lack Of Appetite?

I started out with a random semi-high fever, chills, runny nose a week ago for 2 days. Since then I am totally drained, have little appetite and have a cough that will make me gag sometimes. Today I started feeling dizzy when I turned to quickly and the tips of 3 fingers on my left hand are numb-y feeling about 1/2 down the nail.
