What Causes Mild Cramping And Vaginal Spotting Post Intake Of Misoprostol?
Hi am 26 years old, my period was late for 12 days and i did HCG test at home and the test was positive with a faint test line. i took mifepristone 200 and after 24 yours i took misoprostol 800mg (i put them under the tongue for 25 min). i got slight cramping after 30 mins and some slight bleeding(more like spotting) its been 13 yours of slight cramping and spotting. should i take another dose of misoprostol

Hello dear,
Generally after 30 min taking misoprostol, bleeding and cramping will occur.
It is because of uterine contraction that pull out the implantation product and abortion will take place.
Its success rate is 92-97%.
If no more bleeding occur, repeat your HCG test.
Or you can do USG at gynecologist to check the retain product of conception.
