What Causes Mild Chest Pain?

yesterday I went to the ER because i keep having slight chest pain on both sides of my chest . it is very mild and comes and goes only lasting a few seconds , they did a ekg and blood work everything came back great and they did an xray ......do yall have a better explanation?

from the medical history you provided it seems that you had chest pain due to heart burn or muscular strains as if you are otherwise healthy person than mild chest pain can be caused by muscle strains , heart burn and gastric problems
chest pain due to heart burns are often miss understood as cardiac pain , so if there is no cardiac and lungs issue , most probably there is no serious concern

but if you often experience gastric problems like gas , bloating , heart burn ,peptic ulcers , u should visit your doctor to get it checked
