What Causes Mild Chest Pain Along With Shoulder Pain And Diarrhea?
Hi. I m having mild chest pain accompanied by right shoulder pain and diaherea (misspelled). While I do have heart disease in my family I don t think it s anything like that but am looking at other possibilities. My chest pains have been around for about 5 days.

i appreciate your concern
it could be amoebiasis caused by a protozoa
that may infect liver and due to irritation of undersurface of diaphragm it may produce pain in right shoulder
get stool test for ova and cyst
after confirmation of diagnosis you can take antimicobial like metronidazole
Have plenty of fluids and ORS
