What Causes Mild Back And Abdominal Pain After Taking Mifepristone?

Hi, I have taken Mifepristone day before night and today morning I have taken Misoprostal vaginally after 24hrs. When will I start bleeding. What should be the precautions to be taken. I usually do not get any cramps when I m in periods. I started to have a mild backpain as of now.

After taking abortion pills, you can expect bleeding to take place by 4 to 6 hours. Kindly seek medical attention promptly if the bleeding does not happen by 24 hours.
These medications would certainly cause forceful contraction of uterus. Hence, you would experience abdominal pain and cramps along with other symptoms like backache till the bleeding stops completely.
Kindly make sure to undergo ultrasound scan of the abdomen after the bleeding stops to make sure all the products of conception have been expelled completely.
