General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Sorry to hear about your problem.
So far as your question is concerned , some more information may be needed to reach to a conclusive diagnosis. But still lets work out some thing with the info available. Bleeding from the anus may be due to multiple causes most importantly being hemorrhoids, polyps. Also keeping in view your age , blood from anus should be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly to rule out any serious pathalogy or to treat it at an earlier stage of illness. So my advice here is to visit a surgeon and get youself thoroughly examined and investigated accordingly. Management plan shall depend upon the findings of thorough evaluation. Wishing you best of health.
Regards
